Existing Home Alteration

Working within a firm budget and just 45 square metres of additional floor area, the design carefully reimagines the existing home to make every square metre work harder. The result includes a new bedroom complete with ensuite and wardrobe, alongside a modern open-plan living area, all while retaining the original separate lounge.

Through thoughtful planning and careful shaping of the spaces, the home now feels significantly more generous than its footprint might suggest. The clients have complemented the design beautifully with a considered palette of finishes and materials, helping create a warm, cohesive home that balances practicality, comfort, and value.
